You Can’t Go Wrong With Pearls, They Say!

Bipot starts in the first race @ 12h50

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Durbanville this afternoon and eight races are carded.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge with the first due off at 12h50.

Trainer Justin Snaith sends out Gimmethatpearl in Race 4. She was super-impressive when winning on debut over 1250m on this course.

She was settled near the rear of the field, quickened up well under the hands and won going away. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight takes on stronger, but she looks to have class about her, and she carries a handy galloping mass of 52.5kgs.

She will love the rise to 1400m and from her good draw of three, she can remain unbeaten.

Love Is A Rose from the Greg Ennion stable takes her place in Race 6. She was not disgraced when fifth in the Listed Woolavington Stakes last time.

Two of her four career victories have come over this distance. Her last win came under Winning Form-sponsored Jockey Richard Fourie.

She is back against her own sex and with luck in running, she can return to winning ways.

Jockeys Denis Schwarz and Bernard Fayd’Herbe will not be riding today.
