Widden Sire Package Deal

Bulk discount for breeders

In what is one of the most proactive marketing initiatives created to date for the 2021 Australian breeding season, Widden Stud Victoria has made the most of its three stallions to have all sired 100 winners in the 2020-21 racing season.

Each of Nicconi (119), Magnus (119) and Star Witness (100) achieved the substantial feat, in the process having progeny combine for 338 winners of 542 races and earnings beyond A$24 million.

Widden’s principal Antony Thompson said, “You would be hard pressed to find a better treble of proven sires on the one roster anywhere and it’s great to be able to acknowledge their stellar seasons via the ‘100 Club’.”

To celebrate those efforts, Widden has coupled the trio together with the following ‘100 Club’ offers (a maximum of 20) to breeders that are able to commit two mares:

  • Nicconi and Magnus A$33,000 inc GST
  • Nicconi and Star Witness A$33,000 inc GST
  • Magnus and Star Witness A$22,000 inc GST
