Hey Geoff, it's time that the Rocket man and his side kicks get tested and quickly to
I just can't understand if a horse is over the limit, surely the trainer in charge must be fined and charged
What's the problem with being ,01 percent over the limit

Morning Cecil , it’s an easy exacta , just don’t tell the JHB okes that are allowed to go to Turffontein , they’ll scoop the pot and the exacta will pay peanuts. It’s a 2 horse race , Striker vs Muzi. The 2 top weights will fight it out. Who runs 3rd and 4th is anybody’s guess. Happy punting and enjoy the‘July’

How does it work that some horses are tested a few minutes after the race and the levels are normal again?
If you milkshake the level stays high for a long time. It doesn't drop again within

Dear Mr Nel

I am sure you are an avid supporter of breathalyzer's to test the alcohol level of drivers, would you be in support of them if many innocent drivers were thrown in to jail lost some opportunistic time to make their livelihood due to a flawed testing system? and got ruined reputations that may take many years to overcome?
Drunk drivers aren't good for the roads nor are false arrests of innocent parties. Further as is truly the case that the testing and the system being applied is incorrect, there are most likely elevated readings that are not being detected. So, we are worse off than when you say we sucked. And by the way not everyone sucks

How fair is the TCO2 testing on the betting public. We have no recourse, and our tickers went into the bin. Last Saturday the short priced ONE STRIPE, the best bet on the card at 5/10 was scratched. The P6 punters did their money in cold blood. Today MC DAZZLER at 5/10 was also scratched. herewith my suggestion, in cases like the two fancied horses as mentioned the first 4 past the post should apply or you will have a bigger uprising come the 6th July. TCO2 just has to many variables at the

Dear Mr Louis Goosen I firstly acknoledge all your and your family's good efforts and commitments to this industry, however before this testing started you were and still are very very aware of the situation surrounding this industry as in many trainers not abiding to protocal. This testing might not be perfect, but it goes a far way to stopping the shenanigans and of those attempting such. This action will result in confidence being restored in a industry screaming of trainer and jockey MEDIOCRACY. Just perhaps the carpark will be reversed in ownership back to how it was when Danie trained; by this it's meant that smart cars owned by O&T as opposed to those who work for them!!!
Instead of moaning about this operation why do you not support it and make it work,,, what ever this might means as in 36 or 37 or 38 ??? It has to start somewhere...
a Smart man onc e said that what did not work yesterday will not work today ,,, and this industry sucked yesterday PAL.

Quick question. The horses that failed the test and were scratched.
Was there a drug test taken at the same time and what was the outcome?
How many failed if any.
If no drug test was done then why take the TCO2

Zackey And Kannemeyer Have A Dazzler

Hi Frankie

We learn that that is a 6 week old private conversation that Dean Kannemeyer had with a small group of his own patrons, wherein he explained how the TCO2 testing process works, in the context of the time of the Main Defender protest at Hollywoodbets Greyville on 4 May.

Since then we have seen that nobody is above having horses scratched - although we are aware that the actual levels of excess have been kept confidential by the NHA.
