Just some clarity please on the reserve runner rule. Why would the reserve runners be scratched on Monday already for today's Durbanville meeting, and there was already a scratching? In race 3 the three reserve runners were scratched on Monday, and the 12 horse Wizz was also scratched on Monday. Surely one of those reserves could have got a run if reserves were only scratched by say noon on the day before the meeting? Now an owner loses an opportunity for their horse to
