Betway Summer Cup – The Class Of ’24

Last night(20th November) there were no will pays for the jackpot at kempton. After the last race the dividend showed 233. I find that very weird. The favorite won the 1st leg and the next three legs the favorites didn't win. Did any1 else notice this last night. How will we know if this was the correct

Weighing Up Races

With regards to handicapping. There are a lot of important factors to consider. I'm from the old school trainers starting in racing 1966. The most important factor is the horses well being and fitness. There after all other factors comes into play. Is your horse a sprinter. Middle distance or long distance stayer.then do the horse like dry or wet surfaces to race on. The horses action also plays part importance. Then comes the the racing factors. Is it a false pace.slow or fast run race. The time of the races is a important factor to. As time factors are very important. To measure a horses performance. I'm against the merit rating system in my opinion it's not in the best interests of racing. Also to allow a individual to rate a horses ability with out working with the horses from day today .and only judges a horse on a run on the day is very false and wrong in my opinion. The merit rating system is harmful to racing the horses and their owners and trainers. Period. Happy racing

Betway Summer Cup – The Class Of ’24

Another Summercup another minefield without the country top horses, some of these horses just lucky to get in such a great race but suppose good thing for the owners,
Where do we go to find the winner.
See It Again top Weighted bad combination with Pierre Strydom riding with trainer Mr Muis Roberts and Owner Mr Nick Johnson unfortunately preparing their story again for "Hard luck Window".Without a doubt best horses in the field,I hereby refuse to be the teller of that window.Frances Ethel with Mr Oison Murphy riding now did not have an inspiring prep run another one to join that queue to that window, did they save the horse for the big one have my doubts.
Main Defender struggled with the its last run over distance may not be distance suited, needs everything to go in its favour but has the class to beat this field. In honesty going in blind for the outsider of the race with Mr Frank Robinson and Jockey Sean Veale with Maddison Valley gonna float and box in my two quartets ,Going very wide in the P6.
One positive 20k to winning groom well done Betway for a great Inniative.
Anyway thank me later or find me in the Hard luck window
Good Luck

Put me foot in me mouth mr ed.
So of the SA races the IFHA ranks the WSB Met no 1 and the LKP no 5 with the Champions Cup, HWB July and Gold Challenge occupying the other spots.
Nasty fellows, not even one Highveld Gr1 in the top 100 internationally.

Thanks for not forgetting my query mr ed!
Dare I say that the Summer Cup, which lost a bit of its shine in recent times, is firmly on the way to confirming itself as one of the top 3, a super undercard as well.
I noticed you mentioned the Big 4 the other day, is the LKP the fourth one?
The Cape Met is in danger of losing some ground prestige wise to the LKP, in my opinion. .
The LKP and the Paddock stakes (interestingly) both guarantee entry to the Breeders Cup series - DtK now that we're rockin' and rollin' overseas? - not an impossible notion.
