Christian , my gambling days are long gone , thankfully , horse racing is an entertainment for me in which an attempt is made to predict a result with an amount of money that cannot be descibed as an investment , so to answer your question I am niether an investor or gambler in horse racing but that does not detract from my observation and firm belief that the NHA is poorly governed , managed and operated with oversight being a dismal failure , sadly

There are certain eligibility rules for selection to a jury. If you gamble you're not eligible to sit on a jury. Minimum education criteria also applies which will probably rule out most "everyday punters"
