We Are Back At Hollywoodbets Durbanville!

The first is due off at 12h40

Nine races are carded at Hollywoodbets Durbanville this afternoon with the going reported as good.

Weather conditions are currently overcast, just prior to 09h00.

The first is due off at 12h40.

Trainer Andre Nel saddles Candy Town in Race 8 and she is the best bet on the programme.

She followed up her maiden win with an ultra-impressive victory over this course and distance. Showing good speed on that day, she found another kick and won with a ton in hand. She received a seven-pound penalty for that victory.

The daughter of Querari looks to be above average and she can notch up the hat-trick.

No Apologies from the Candice Bass-Robinson stable takes his place in Race 5. He won a good race when shedding his maiden tag over this course and distance last time.

He was reported to have cast a shoe in running that day which makes the effort that much more encouraging.

No Apologies – could step up again today (Pic – Chase Liebenberg)

He takes on stronger but has plenty of scope and should be up to the task at hand.

Please note that jockeys Devin Ashby and Jason Gates will not be riding today.
