Twilight Racing At Turffontein Today

First due off @ 15h05

Turffontein is alongside Hollywoodbets Kenilworth this afternoon.

Nine races have been carded with the first due off at 15h05 and the lucky last scheduled for 19h40.

Cosmic Speed (Craig Zackey) won the Gr2 Durban Golden Horseshoe in July and will be looking to go one better today (Pic – Pauline Herman)

Cosmic Speed from the Sean Tarry stable takes his place in Race 3 and he is the best bet on the programme.

He is better than his last start in the World Pool Gr1 Moment Of The Day Premiers Champion Stakes.

He won a good race in the Gr2 Durban Golden Horseshoe in his penultimate run. The son of Querari would have strengthened up during his time off the track.

He is the class horse in this contest and may be the one to beat.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Trainer Fanie Bronkhorst sends out One Party in Race 9. She finished 1.25 lengths behind Twice As Wild last time.

She is 3.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

She finished third in her only attempt over this course and distance.

The daughter of One World will be mowing down the frontrunners and she may be the one to cause the upset.
