Turffontein The Venue Today

First is off at 12h25

Racing takes place today at Turffontein on the Standside course and eight races are carded.

The first is due off at 12h25 with the lucky last set for 16h25.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Stuart Pettigrew sends out Fushimi Inari in Race 2. He stayed on at the finish over 1700m at the Vaal last time but found one too good in the form of Hotarubi.

It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. The son of Danon Platina should love the rise to 1800m and from his good draw of three, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

Kabelo Matsunyane is not riding today.
