Trainer Ashley Fortune saddles Rose Tinted in Race 2.

She showed good improvement when winning her last start over this distance on the Vaal Classic course. She showed good speed and fought hard to hold all challengers at bay. The daughter of Flower Alley is a progressive type and being the only winner in this contest, she can follow up.

Rose For Trippi from the Mike and Adam Azzie stable takes her place in Race 7.

She was not disgraced when fifth in the Non-Black Type Bauhinia Handicap last time. She was slow into stride but stayed on at the business end.

It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. She has her first run on this course and if suited to the turn, she can notch up her third career victory.
