Turffontein Pick 6 Aims For R2,5 million

The Pick 6 starts in the fourth at 14h00

A competitive looking nine-race programme is scheduled at Turffontein on the Inside course today.

The first race is off at 12h15 and the last race is due off at 16h55.

A Pick 6 carryover of R250 000 could see the pool reach R2,5 million. The first leg is race 4 – 14h00.

Jimmy The Rich writes that Senescence in the Pick 6 opener looks to be the best bet on the day and could be the banker.

The daughter of Elusive Fort is yet to finish out of the first three in all four starts. The manner in which she races suggests that she will be at home over the 2000m. Gavin Lerena knows her well and the combination should find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.

Copper Mountain who takes his place in Race 6 looks to be decent value, currently trading at 25/2 with Hollywoodbets.

He was ultra-impressive when winning his maiden over the minimum trip at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time.

The manner in which he drew away from the field in the closing stages that day, caught the eye. He faces a lot stronger today, but the son of Noble Tune looks to be above average and should be up to the task at hand.

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
