Turffontein Pick 6 Boost On Saturday

Turffontein off at 11h45 / Meydan off at 13h45

A projected R3 million Pick 6 pool on the treble feature Turffontein programme on Saturday will complement a Hong Kong World Pools betting extravaganze on the Dubai World Cup racemeeting on the same day.

The Turffontein racemeeting gets underway at 11h45, with a carryover of R500 000 in the Pick 6 which gets underway in the fourth at 13h30.

The Gr2 Colorado King Stakes headlines the nine-race programme and hosts a quality field of 11, including recent Listed Drum Star winner Zillzaal.

TAB are also offering betting on the Dubai World Cup meeting, with the HKJC World Pools applying via commingling to Win, Place, Swinger, Quinella on races Meydan’s races 2 to 9

The Meydan first race is off at 13h45.

HKJC PLACE Rules: Less than 4 declared runners no Place betting; 4-6 declared runners payouts FIRST, SECOND; 7 or more declared runners payouts FIRST, SECOND, THIRD.

TAB BETS FOR THIS MEETING = ALL RACES: Win, Place, Swinger, Quinella, Exacta, Trifecta, Quartet, Rolling Double (Races 1-2; 2-3 etc), Rolling Pick 3 (Races 1-2-3; 2-3-4 etc) AND Bipot (Races 1-6), Place Accumulator (Races 3-9), Pick 6 (Races 4-9), Jackpot (Races 6-9).
