Turffontein – An Early Start Today

FIrst is off at 11h40

Racing is at Turffontein on the Inside course today and eight races are carded.

Gavin Lerena has five rides on the programme, all of which have a decent winning chance.

He may be the jockey to follow.

Please note the early start – the first is due off at 11h40.

Turffontein

Fabian Habib saddles Zeus in Race 3 and he is the Pick 6 banker. He has been super-impressive in his last two victories.

He was settled in a mid-field position over this distance last time, quickened up well and won with a ton in hand. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since.

The son of Soft Falling Rain has plenty of class and should keep his unbeaten record intact.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Clinton Binda saddles Flying Grace in Race 4. He showed signs of needing his comeback run over 1450m on this course. He finished third in his only attempt over this course and distance.

The son of Master Of My Fate should strip much fitter today and from his good draw of four, he can return to winning ways.
