Racing At The Vaal Today

The Bipot starts in the first at 13h00

Racing is at the Vaal this afternoon and there are eight races carded.

After riding three winners including two feature races at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Sunday, Warren Kennedy will be looking to continue where he left off.

He has a full book of rides and must be followed.

The first race is due off at 13h00.

Jimmy The Rich writes that Follow Me from the Stuart Pettigrew stable takes her place in the first race. She was ultra-impressive when winning on debut over 1000m on the Classic course.

The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight would have gained from the experience and should have no issues with the extra furlong on offer.

She could be anything and should remain unbeaten.

Erico Verdonese sends out Nordic Rebel in Race 7 and he represents decent each way value. He has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings.

Six of his seven victories to date have come on this course.

He takes a slight drop in class this afternoon and if jumping on terms, he can return to winning ways.

The false rail is zero on the back straight and bend with a 2.5m spur at the 600m mark.
