Tricky Card Could Mean Decent Dividends Today

First due off @ 12h10

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the turf track this afternoon and nine races are carded. The going is good to soft and there are some tricky open races.

Don’t forget to take the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge with the first due off at 12h10.

Rachel Venniker takes the ride on Quatermain in Race 5 (Pic – Candiese Lenferna)

Trainer Robyn Klaasen sends out Quatermain in Race 5.

He ran on from last when fourth over 2000m on the Turffontein Inside course last time.

It must be noted that Immediate Edge has come out and won again since.

Rachel Venniker takes the 1.5kgs off his back which will assist his cause.

The son of Erupt jumps from a good draw of four and if all went well with his travels, he may be the one to beat.

Shiny Bob from the Garth Puller stables takes his place in Race 4.

He finished 1.3 lengths behind Basie Raakvat last time.

He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today. The son of Flying The Flag has dropped to a competitive rating and should love the rise to 1800m.

Winning Form-sponsored Jockey Jabu Jacobs retains the ride and he would not be a shock winner.

Please note that Deryl Daniels is riding in Zimbabwe and has been replaced on his rides.

In the sixth race, the 4 horse My Siraya was formerly raced as Shesarocket.
