Tom’s Act Could Steal The Show

First race @ 12h25

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the polytrack this afternoon and eight races are carded.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge and the first is due off at 12h25.

Remember to get your Punters’ Challenge picks in for today’s race meeting at Hollywoodbets Greyville.

There’s a guaranteed R10 000 to be won on the day and a further R1 250 000 for the player/s who can correctly tip the whole card!

Kindly note that jockeys Muzi Yeni and Billy Jacobson will not be riding this afternoon.

Trainer Michael Roberts saddles Isn’t She Bonny in Race 1 and she should give punters a good start to the day.

She produced two very good efforts before given a 22-week break. She should have won her last outing as she hung in the closing stages.

The daughter of Querari would have strengthened up during her time off the track. She tries the polytrack for the first time and if suited, she should be too good for this field.

Tom’s Act from the Doug Campbell yard represents decent each-way value in Race 5. He ran a fair race in his last start over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.

His penultimate run when fourth against stronger company over 1600m on this course, was encouraging.

He has won twice and finished third once from eight starts on this course.

He does have an awkward draw of nine to overcome, but Tristan Godden picks up the ride and will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
