Vaal Classic On A Thursday

The first is off at 12h40

After a tough day of results at the first meeting back on the Vaal Classic course on Tuesday, eight races are scheduled this afternoon.

This first race is due off at 12h40 and the lucky last is set for 16h40.

Randall Simons rides Mind Reader in race 8 today.

Jimmy The Rich writes African Adventure hails from the Joey Soma stable and is the best bet on the card. He has good recent form to his credit.

He was running on to finished second in his last start behind Dance Class over this distance at Turffontein.

He has won twice from six starts on this course. If not too far out of his ground, he should notch up his fifth career victory.

Roy Magner sends out Mind Reader in the last race. She has top consistent form lines to her credit.

She finished a neck behind Varina in her last start. She is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.
