A Day For The Opera

The Bipot starts in the first at 12h55

Jimmy The Rich writes that Time Spirit from the Ashley Fortune stable takes his place in Race 4. He produced a promising debut effort over 1600m on this course.

He understandably raced green, but the manner in which he finished off his race was encouraging.

The son of What A Winter would have gained from the experience and should enjoy the extra furlong on offer. With the natural improvement that is expected, he should take a power of beating.

Stephen Moffatt sends out Opera Glass in Race 7 and she represents decent each way value.

She should have finished closer last time as she was squeezed at the start. However, the manner in which she finished off her race was encouraging.

She carries a light mass of 50kgs and with a bit of luck in running, she may be the one to beat.

The false rail is zero on the back straight to 7,5m on the bend with a 5m spur at the 600m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the first at 12h55
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second at 13h30
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third at 14h05
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fourth race at 14h40
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the fifth race at 15h15
