Gold Circle advises Members of the resignation of Mr Moses Tembe as a Director and Vice Chairman of Gold Circle and a Director of the Gold Circle Racing Club.

The company has expressed its appreciation for the considerable contributions made by Mr Tembe over the last few years.
Mr Tembe will not be lost to the industry as he has recently been appointed to the Board of Phumelela Gaming and Leisure as Lead Independent Director.
As Mr Tembe’s resignation was received after the commencement of the director ballot process, the appointment of a director to fill the vacancy will be considered by the Board of the Gold Circle Racing Club at its meeting to be held on 6 December 2018 to ensure the participation of new directors elected at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 4 December 2018 at 17:30 in the Classic Room, Greyville Racecourse, 150 Avondale Road, Durban.
