Team Tara Sends Out Four At Fairview Today

First due off @ 12h30

Racing takes place on the Fairview turf track this afternoon and eight races are carded with the first due off at 12h30.

Tara Laing (flanked by her son Ewan Garratt and partner Gavin Venter) saddles 4 runners in today’s eight-race programme (Pic – Pauline Herman)

Trainer Tara Laing, who saddles four on the eight-race programme today, sends out Juan Carlos in Race 5. He has good consistent form lines to his credit.

He was carried leaving the start and ran on well at the business end last time. He has won twice, finished second twice and third once from six starts on this course.

It is encouraging that Chase Maujean steps back into the saddle and he should take a power of beating.
