A filly and colt by Dynasty made top prices at the National 2yo sale where the average prices for colts and fillies were down, but median prices showed that the middle and lower end of the market recovered from last year’s drop.

Breeders paid top dollar for mares in foal to US G1 producing sire Trippi, now at stud at Drakenstein in Franschoek.
We obviously won’t know for another month which of the many form-lines from around America will be most relevant in determining the results of the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks. However, at present it seems fair to conclude that the Florida Derby and Gulfstream Oaks, run at Gulfstream Park on the first weekend in April, both represented high-class form.
