The Independent Newspaper group (what’s in a name?) published a poorly researched article in the business section of several of its titles on Monday 21 July, relating to the ongoing differences between TellyTrack and the bookmakers
Tellytrack is under no obligation to make its services available to any person, whether in terms of any horse racing license condition or otherwise.
Tellytrack issued a press release confirming that the bookmakers’ urgent application had been struck from the roll with costs. The Sporting Post also received a memorandum from the applicants’ legal representative stating their version of events.
