It’s tough enough to do the form at the best of times but a rare race where no horse has been to the track previously makes the Kranji Nursery Stakes (race 5) a nightmare for pundits
While there are some very ordinary races early on today’s card, the meeting finishes with some cracking races including a Class 3 mile (race 7) that could see a Derby contender or two show their best
With two features on a very good eleven race card, this meeting was always going to be a beauty
Since racing switched to Kranji back in 2000, the now Dester Three-Year-Old Challenge and in particular the first leg – the Sprint – has earmarked a horse for bigger and better things.
A rare Friday day meeting thanks to the Easter break and as such, a bumper 11 race card is on offer for Singapore punters.
A good mixed surface meeting and while there looks a good race over 2000m on the turf that includes the Gold Cup winner in COOPTADO (race 5), the better punting races may be later in the card
A very solid Friday night’s racing – in fact probably better than solid – and there looks to be something for everyone on the punting front.
Some solid racing without being spectacular today from Kranji and as such one of the better races and indeed bets on the day might be in a Maiden.
After a big weekend of racing that saw Spalato return to what looks close to best form, the great racing continues with a terrific Friday night card headlined by the Racing Guide Classic over 1400m (race 7).
All eyes will be on the potential world-beater as he takes on Singapore’s best Poly sprinters in the Group 2 Merlion Trophy
