Punters eye three horses in Race 6 – Raise No Doubt, Peace No War & Dragon Dynasty
One of Singapore’s elite horses makes his first appearance at the races. All eye’s will be on Zac Spirit in a cracker of an Open sprint.
A small field heads to the start for today’s feature – the Gr3 Woodlands Classic Stakes – and again trainer Pat Shaw holds all the aces.
With the annual Racing Awards done and dusted for another year, jockeys and trainers alike know the job to topple the leading trainer Laurie Laxon and leading hoop, Manny Nunes, is a tough one.
It’s fair to say that a couple of 2014 champions in Laurie Laxon and Manoel Nunes have no intention to give up their crowns in 2015.

While Mexican Rose was no Empire Rose, the Singapore rose was a Group winner three times at Kranji and won eight from 11 starts.
The first meeting of 2015 is upon us. Only time will tell if Laxon, Nunes and Kassim continue on their winning ways to more premierships.
The last meeting of 2014 is upon us and while we look forward to the season review, a couple of jockeys can rest easy after a job well done.
