NHA Finding: Stipes Erred
The National Horseracing Authority confirms that at an Inquiry, chaired by Advocate G. Hoffman, held on 14 February 2011, the Board found that the Stipendiary Stewards had failed in their duty by not calling for either a review and/or an objection into an incident involving BETTY BURKE and CYBER LADY at approximately the 200m mark in Race 2 at Flamingo Park Racecourse on 07 February 2011.
