With Chinese New Year just around the corner and trainers and owners keeping their powder dry, there looks to be a few weak fields on the eight race card tonight but plenty of good bets for the punters.
It’s safe to say the connections of EXCELLENT ONE won’t die wondering.
AFFLECK up against MAJESTIC MOMENTS would usually get top billing on a Friday night.
The turf is back for 2016 but while it’s fair to say while there could be some horses that may appeal early in the card
Some tough racing for punters with no real standouts in any races but a few that look well enough placed by their trainers to think they go might close to winning.
The first night meeting of the new year and while the card is littered with average Class 5 and Kranji Stakes D fields, a couple of nice races late will keep us interested.
The last race meeting of the 2015 season and fittingly, the last feature of the year – the Group 3 Colonial Chief Stakes – looks a beauty.
The penultimate race meeting for the 2015 season and with all three premierships done and dusted weeks ago, it is just some bragging rights up for grabs
Sunday’s card is not a strong one although a very nice Class 3 Poly sprint (race 9) will keep us interested.
While the season starts to wind down, there looks some nice punting races on Sunday and it will pay to be paying attention especially late in the 11 race card.
