Jimmy The Rich writes Candice Dawson trains Miracle And Wonder who takes her place in Race 1. She has produced two good runs to date.

She took on males last time and ran on well to finish third, one length behind the winner.

The daughter of Captain Al will be at home over the 1400m. She takes on her own sex this afternoon and should take a power of beating.

Purple Panther from the Clinton Binda yard looks to be the best value on the afternoon. He has been taking on stronger company since winning his maiden over 1450m on the Inside course.

The manner in which he finished off his race in the Listed Secretariat Stakes was encouraging.

He takes a drop in class this afternoon and from his handy barrier position, he should find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

Purple Panther will race with alumites on the front today.

The false rail is 2m on the back straight to 5m on the bend with a 5m spur at the 700m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the second at 12h50
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the third at 13h20
