Arctic Princess Brings The Cold Front

The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h45

It is a busy week of racing in Kwa-Zulu Natal and there are more good chances to win in the Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge, which offers a hefty R1,5 million today for the player/s who find all eight winners on the card.

The top 20 on the leaderboard will share R10 000.

Today’s KZN racemeeting, originally scheduled for Hollywoodbets Scottsville, will proceed on the Hollywoodbets Greyville turf course.

Hollywoodbets Greyville thus hosts the eight-race programme this afternoon and the first is due off at 12h35.

Please note that the fifth race will now be contested over 1600m.

Jimmy The Rich writes that Path To Fortune from the Garth Puller stable is the best bet on the programme.

He showed good improvement in his last start over 1400m on the polytrack.

Despite overracing in the early stages, he stayed on nicely to finish third.

The son of Pathfork should love the extra furlong on offer, and if Anton Marcus is able to switch him off early, he should be the one to beat.

Muzi Yeni rides Arctic Princess in Race 7 today (Pic- Candiese Lenferna)

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Gary Rich saddles Arctic Princess in Race 7 and she represents decent each way value.

She stayed on strongly when finishing second over this course and distance last time. She has won twice and finished second twice from six starts over this distance.

The daughter of What A Winter is in a good space and with Muzi Yeni back in the saddle, she should go one better here. She will run in a compression mask today.

Ryan Munger and Sherman Brown will not be riding today with the stipes permission.
