The official payout for the Soccer 4 pool on Monday 9 May (S4 V1 P1) has been changed.
4Racing advise in a media release published on Thursday 12 May that a carryover of R18 967 from a Soccer 4 pool the previous day was inadvertently not cleared from the system and was then automatically added to the net pool of Monday’s Soccer 4.
The error was identified and the carryover amount removed from the net pool when the official payout was declared, which obviously resulted in a significantly smaller net pool than had been displayed when the pool closed.
In a spirit of goodwill TAB subsequently added R18 967 to the net pool and changed the official payout accordingly with each of five winners collecting R11 514.
Accountholder balances have been updated to reflect the bigger payout.
