Snaith Racing confirmed on Monday afternoon that the son of Futura, who ran a fast-finishing third after a twelve week break in Saturday’s Gr3 WSB Legal Eagle Stakes behind stablemate Itsrainingwilliam, will be ridden by Richard Fourie in the Cup Trial and ‘hopefully earn himself a place in the 2023 Hollywoodbets Durban July’.

While the 3yo started a 15-10 favourite at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Saturday, he was last turning into the shorter winter home straight and took off to run on and be beaten under a length.
