Assistant trainer Dan Katz has come up with a novel solution for owners of horses that continuously get no relief from the handicapper.Interviewed on the USO show on Saturday, he suggested that the handicappers get together and race Winter Trade themselves.
”They obviously rate him highly. Why don’t they just club together and buy him?” asked Katz.
