Be Assertive With In Limbo

The Bipot starts in the second at 13h00

Nine races are scheduled for Turffontein this afternoon.

The first race is due off at 12h25 and the lucky last is set to take place at 16h58.

The very well-related In Limbo from the powerful Mike de Kock stable takes her place in Race 5 on the card. She showed good improvement in her last start over 1400m on this course.

She moved up like a winner that day, but was caught in the latter stages.

The daughter of Silvano will be at home over the mile and from her good draw of three, she should take a power of beating.

Weiho Marwing sends out Kingsley’s Heart in Race 6, which is a Novice Handicap. He produced a typical second run after a rest in the Listed Secretariat Stakes, four weeks ago.

He has won once and finished second twice from as many starts over this course and distance.

He takes a drop in class this afternoon and should be cherry-ripe. He is likely to race up with the pace and may be hard to peg back.

S’Manga Khumalo will not be riding as he is medically indisposed.

The false rail is 4m on the back straight to 8m on the bend with an 8m spur at the 700m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the second at 13h00
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the third at 13h35
  • The Pick 6 starts in the fourth at 14h10
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fifth race at 14h45
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the sixth race at 15h20

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
