Jimmy The Rich writes that after saddling a winner at the Vaal on Thursday, trainer Paul Peter sends out Reunion in Race 7.

He has been super-impressive in his last two victories. He set the pace in a small field over this distance last time and found another kick to draw clear of the opposition.

He faces some stiff opposition today, but he has plenty of ability and should notch up the hat-trick.

Verinova from the Robbie Sage stable can close off the meeting for Muzi Yeni. She took on stronger in her last start over this distance at the Vaal.

It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked.

The daughter of Var takes a drop in class this afternoon and if jumping on terms, she can return to winning ways.

The false rail is at 7.5m on the back straight and bend with a 7.m spur at the 500m mark.
