Jimmy The Rich writes that Vaseem from the Roy Magner stable takes his place in Race 6. His last two starts after returning from an 11-week break have been good.

The manner in which he finished off those races suggests he will enjoy the extra distance on offer. He has won once and finished second once from three starts on this course.

He is having his peak run this afternoon and should be cherry-ripe. The 4yo gelding should return to winning ways.

She shows good speed in her races and may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

The false rail is zero on the back straight to 10m on the bend with a 10m spur at the 700m mark.
