Summer Pudding takes her place in the Gr2 Colorado King Stakes which is Race 7 on the card.

Her last start in the Grade 1 Cartier Paddock Stakes can be ignored as she clipped heels in running and was reported to be coughing post-race.

She returns from an 11-week break, which may have done her the world of good. She is unbeaten from seven starts on this course and should keep that record intact.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Stuart Pettigrew sends out Ulla in Race 5. She finished 2.75 lengths behind Mind Reader last time.

She is 7kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

Four of her five career wins have come over this distance and she merits healthy respect.

The false rail is 3m on the back straight to 7.5m on the bend with a 7.5m spur at the 700m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the second at 13h25
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the third at 14h00
  • The Pick 6 starts in the fourth at 14h35
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fifth race at 15h10
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the sixth race at 15h50

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
