The Turffontein Bipot starts in the second at 13h00

Jimmy The Rich writes that trainer Sean Tarry sends out Putontheredlight in Race 8 on the card. He ran on powerfully to win his last start over this distance at the Vaal.

He has won twice, finished second twice and third once from seven starts over this distance.

He meets a similar type of field today and with Luke Ferraris retaining the ride, he can follow up.

Last Of The Legend represents some decent each way value and can close off the meeting.

He finished 1.1 lengths behind Cleveland last time.

He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He is having his peak run and can get back to winning ways.

The false rail is 2m on the back straight and bend, with a 2m spur at the 700m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the second at 13h00
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the third at 13h35
  • The Pick 6 starts in the fourth at 14h10
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fifth race at 14h45
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the sixth race at 15h23
