Looking For A Heavenly Embrace Today

The Bipot starts in the first at 12h25

Kenilworth is the stand alone local meeting this afternoon and eight races are scheduled to take place.

Jockey Greg Cheyne has a full book of rides with some decent chances of winning. He may be the man to follow and the first race is due off at 12h25.

Trainer Justin Snaith sends out Call It Fate in Race 2. She produced an eye-catching debut effort over 1000m at Durbanville.

She lost a length at the start and finished her race off strongly. The daughter of Trippi would have gained from the experience and should enjoy the extra furlong on offer.

With the natural improvement that is expected, she should take a power of beating.

Heaven’s Embrace from the Brett Crawford stable represents decent each way value in Race 7.

She has stayed on at the finish in her last two starts over a mile, which suggests that she will be at home over the extra furlong on offer today.

If putting her best foot forward, she can notch up her fourth career victory.

The winter course false rail is 1m out from the 1700m mark with a 3m spur at the 470m mark. The start is forward of zero by 3m.

  • The Pick 6 starts in the third at 13h38
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fourth race at 14h18

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
