Jimmy The Rich writes that Razzle Dazzle Em may be the one to side with in Race 2. She produced a promising debut effort over 1400m at Durbanville, three weeks ago.

The manner in which she finished off her race that day caught the eye.

The daughter of Silvano would have come on from the run and will enjoy the rise to the mile. With the natural improvement that is expected, she should find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

Brett Crawford sends out Camps Bay in Race 4. He showed good speed when winning his maiden over this distance at Durbanville, two weeks ago.

He finished 2.5 lengths behind Captain Dizzy in his penultimate start and is 4kgs better off at the weights.

That should be enough for the tables to be turned. He looks to have plenty of scope and may be hard to peg back.

The summer course false rail is in it’s original position with a 3m spur at the 600m mark. The start is forward of zero by 3m.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 13h15
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 13h50
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 14h25
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 15h00
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 15h35

What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
