What’s Your New Year’s Racing Resolution?

New Year’s resolutions are inevitably made to be broken but when the clock ticks over into 2022 on Saturday morning many of us will have a dream shortlist of sorts.

Most can come up with the resolutions, but it is difficult to find the resolve to live up to them!

In the season’s spirit of fun and giving, Avontuur Estate are offering a case of wine to the Sporting Post reader who comes up with the best horseracing resolution.

So if you are cutting down to sixty Peter Stuyvesant a day, running the Comrades, or even signing up for a gym membership, we wish you the best of luck.

But we are frankly more interested in your horseracing resolutions. So please suggest one for yourself or even a horseracing personality of your choice. 

Start 2022 on a high – add a comment before midnight on Friday and the winner will be announced on Saturday morning.
