Racing Goes Ahead At Hollywoodbets Kenilworth

First off at 11h20

An inspection and gallops earlier today has seen the green light given for racing  to go ahead at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth today.

The going is officially recorded as soft after 60mm of rain in the last 7 days.

Ten races are carded, including two feature races in the Listed Perfect Promise Sprint and the Listed Somerset 1200.

It is an early start to the day with the first due off at 11h20.

Baltic Secret from the Justin Snaith stable takes her place in the Listed Somerset 1200. She was not beaten far in the Grade 3 Winter Nursery last time.

She was still green in running, but the manner in which she finished off her race was encouraging. She was super-impressive when winning on debut over 1000m.

The daughter of Querari will love the step up to 1200m and she should give the males a run for their money.

Andre Nel saddles Oscar’s Winner in Race 6 and she represents decent each way value. She has fair recent form lines to her credit.

She returns from a 13-week break which would have done her the world of good.

She has won twice and finished third once from six starts over this distance.

The 5yo mare has class about her and if able to find her best form, she can notch up her fourth career victory.
