R2 Million Pick 6 Guaranteed Today

Pick 6 starts in third race at 13h50

Today’s Hollywoodbets Greyville racemeeting sees the introduction of the KZN Guaranteed Pick 6 and Bonus Payout promotion which will run for the month of December 2019.

The meeting starts at 12h40 with the Bipot opener and  the Pick 6 gets underday in the third race at 13h50. The pool is guaranteed at R2 million.

The guaranteed Pick 6 pool along with a 10% bonus if your winning Pick 6 ticket is taken on course is a free incentive for punters.

The 10% bonus is for those players who take their Pick 6 bet on course.

Also commencing today is the new barrier draw order where the carded horse number will reflect the barrier draw of the horse.

In a move from the traditional top-weight down, or alphabetical order, horses will now be carded according to barrier positions, regardless of the allocated weight. This is being run on a three month trial basis.

The R750 000 Hollywoodbets Sizzling Summer Challenge, which awards points for every runner in every race, also starts today.

This competition allocates points to owners, trainers and jockeys to every horse to race on the day. It will run for three months, covering all KZN race meetings from today to 28th February 2020.

So things are changing fast in the holiday province!

Gold Circle and Hollywoodbets also launched the Grooms’ Initiative in October, rewarding the winning groom for every race in KZN with R1 000.
