Durban punters who wish to attend Saturday’s Tsogo Sun Sprint day at Scottsville in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday, May 25, but not wanting to drive there, can catch the ‘Punters Express’.
Gold Circle have hired a luxury bus to transport racegoers from Greyville racecourse to Scottsville and back on the day.
Tickets for the bus cost R100 but included is a R50 tote betting voucher and a free racecard. Punters will also be hosted by Graeme Hawkins who will have studied the card at length and will hopefully provide valuable insight on the days racing.
This is a park-and-ride service with parking at Greyville racecourse. Seats will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and booking is essential.
The bus will leave at 10h30 sharp with the return trip scheduled for 5.15pm.
