Puller’s African Dusk Looks Ready

First is off at 12h30

Hollywoodbets Scottsville plays host to an eight-race programme this afternoon.

Don’t forget about the free to play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge and if you finish in the top 20 on the leader board, you can win your share of R10 000.

The first is due off at 12h30.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Garth Puller saddles African Dusk in Race 3. He showed good improvement in his last start over 1400m on this course. The manner in which he finished off his race that day suggests that he will be at home over the mile.

The son of Ideal World meets the right field and from his good draw of two, he should take a power of beating.

Eau De Vie from the Carl Hewitson stable takes her place in Race 6.

She has shown some signs of a form return in her last two starts after returning from a 22-week break. She was not disgraced when fifth in the Non-Black Type River Indigo Handicap last time. The daughter of Twice Over takes a drop-in class and she will be cherry-ripe. If jumping on terms, she can return to winning ways.
