Tabonline – An Update

Full functionality hoped for in course of morning

It is hoped that the play.tabonline.co.za digital betting platform will be restored to full functionality during the course of this morning.

Software issues were experienced yesterday on play.tabonline.co.za and the Sporting Post requested an update in advance of today’s racing, which includes a bumper Hollywoodbets Scottsville card which starts at 12h25.

We are advised that Programmers worked through the night, but have not yet resolved all the software issues affecting the site.

TAB telephone betting is fully functional – please call 0861 000 822 to place your bets.

Should your online account have been locked, please contact TAB Customer Care on 0861 444 822 or email [email protected].

The current problems with the site have resulted from the implementation of several overdue and much-needed software upgrades. These upgrades were thoroughly tested before installation, but once deployed in a live environment caused the system to fail.

TAB apologises to all customers for any inconvenience caused and will issue an update in due course.
