Phumelela Gaming & Leisure Limited (in Business Rescue) has declared a distribution of capital to shareholders of R1,25 per share.
This is in addition to the previously declared distribution of R1 per share.
In his latest report, Business Rescue Practitioner John Evans advises that payment of this distribution will be made to all shareholders who have updated their FICA and banking details on the later of 30 November 2022, or the date on which the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 July 2022 are signed.
The audited financial statements are expected to be finalized before 30 November 2022.
Payment of distributions to those shareholders who subsequently update their FICA and banking details have and will be processed monthly.
Shareholders who have not yet updated their FICA and banking information are referred to the notice published on 14 December 2021. If you did not receive a copy of the notice it is available on the Company’s website.
Further distributions to shareholders will be considered by the Company in March 2023.
Phumelela filed for business rescue in May 2020 and the process continues.
