Penultimate Week Of Season Gets Underway

First race is off at 12h30

The new week starts off today with an eight-race programme on the Hollywoodbets Greyville polytrack.

Don’t forget about the free to play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge and the first is due off at 12h30.

Ice Sunsation from the Andre Nel yard takes her place in Race 4 and she is the best bet on the card. She ran a good race when second in her last start over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.

She has won once, finished second twice and third once from seven starts on this course. The daughter of Vercingetorix is likely to get her own way in front from barrier two and may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

Trainer Stuart Ferrie saddles Spirit Of My Fate in Race 5. He ran a good race when third in his last start over 1600m on this course.

Despite racing wide and taking a keen hold around the turn, he stayed on well at the business end.

The son of Master Of My Fate tries the 1900m and if Sean Veale manages to switch him off early, he can notch up his fourth career victory.
