Pat Cosgrave appeal to be heard on Monday

The Emirates Racing Authority (ERA) have advised that an Appeal Panel will conduct an Appeal Hearing regarding the recent suspension of Jockey Patrick Cosgrave.

Cosgrave was suspended by the ERA Stewards from riding in races for a period of 6 months pursuant to ERA 69(i) for improper riding when riding ANAEROBIO (ARG) in Race 8 the Jebel Hatta (Group 1) at Meydan on Saturday 8 March 2014.

The ERA Appeal Hearing will be held on Monday 28 April 2014 at 10am at the offices of the ERA.
