The inauguration of the new Paris Longchamp – closed for two years for reconstruction and upgrades-will take place on 29 April and will be highlighted by the Gr1 Prix Ganay.
That race will have its prizemoney doubled to €600,000 for the occasion. Special activities for the day will include a concert, and tickets are now available for free download on the ParisLongchamp website.
Paris Longchamp will host 34 meetings in 2018, the same as it did in its last year of operation in 2015.
In addition to the Gr1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe and the French Guineas’ returning to Longchamp, those dates will include Jeuxdi by Paris Longchamp, a new initiative to get Parisians to the racetrack after work on Thursday evenings.
Those cards will include food and drinks, live concerts and DJs.
