Not Stoked About The Rules

Did the referee make the right call?

Who are the experts in soccer rules on this predominantly racing playform?

The goalkeeper Brice Samba received a red card for allegedly striking an opponent in the box.

Do any of our forum know why a penalty was given because of the alleged offence?

Penalties are given when an attacker is fowled in the box in prevention of a possible goal.

The person offended could never have scored a goal. Maybe a card but not a penalty!

This is something new which reminds me of batsmen who change their addressing stance for LBW decisions because of the leg side rule which I don’t believe were adequately addressed.

What a changing world we are living in.
