Nine Races At Turffontein Today

First due off @ 12h00

Racing takes place on the Turffontein Inside course this afternoon.

Nine races are carded with first due off at 12h00 and the lucky last set for 16h45.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Trainer Stuart Pettigrew sends out Key Worker in Race 3. She produced a promising debut effort over 1450m on this course.

She was slow into stride, understandably raced green but the way she stayed on at the finish was encouraging.

The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight will love the rise to the mile and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should be the one to beat.

Princess Ilaria from the Fanie Bronkhorst stable takes her place in Race 5.

She ran on strongly late when third over 1400m at the Vaal last time.

She has won once and finished third once from five starts on this course.

She is back against her own sex today and will be mowing down the frontrunners.

Please note that jockey Hennie Greyling is not riding today.
